Certification ::

  • In addition to above we have also successfully conducted type tests (Impulse and Temperature rise test ) in-house at Jammu on 400 KVA , 630 KVA , 1000 KVA and 1500 KVA , 33/0.415 KV Cast Resin Transformer for Chennai Metro Rail Project (CMRL). These tests were witnessed and certified by CMRL (end user) , Siemens Ltd (Contractor) and GC (Project Consultant).
  • Type tests (Impulse and Temperature rise) and special tests (Noise Level, Partial discharge, Harmonics, Zero Phase sequence impedance, Capacitance and Tan Delta Test) have also been successfully carried out on 1600 KVA, 6.6/0.415 KV Cast Resin Transformers for NTPC at our plant. The tests were witnessed and certified by NTPC.
  • We have also successfully conducted type tests (Impulse and Temperature rise test ) and special tests (noise test and partial discharge test) in-house at Jammu on 200 KVA , 33/0.415 KV Cast Resin Transformer for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. These tests were witnessed and certified by DMRC (end user) & Siemens Ltd (Contractor).
  • Special Test (Noise test) was successfully conducted on 630 KVA, 1000 KVA & 2000 KVA, 33/0.415 KV Cast Resin Transformer in-house at Jammu for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) which was witnessed and certified by DMRC (end user) & L&T (Contractor) .
  • Elettromeccanica India is one of the very few Indian companies having a valid Short Circuit test report on 33KV class Cast Resin Dry Transformers.
  • Availability of Environmental (E2) , Climatic (C2) and Fire (F1) Class certifications from CESI, Italy.
